Refund policy

RETURNS:

30-day return policy (exchange or refund) for all products purchased directly from Cali Cosmetics in New York provided that the product is returned with the sales receipt. Return authorization is required for all returns. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please be sure when you are returning a product that you have a way of tracking it should it be lost.

Please note there will be a 10% restocking fee for all returns. If your original order qualified for free shipping and your returned item would make your original order less than $75 a shipping fee will be assessed upon receipt of your return.

Exchanges will not incur a shipping or restocking fee. Exchanges must be for the same item.
